NOTICE ON HOW TO FILE A CONSUMER COMPLAINT
In accordance with Art. 10, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 19/22) customers may file a complaint about the quality of our services in writing as follows:

Please clearly indicate in your complaint the name and address to which the response must be sent. Pursuant to the Act, we will send a response to your complaint in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
